After registered participants are seated, workshop admissions will be sold at the door on a space available basis, $5 for workshops, $10 for Lonny Shavelson talk. CE Credits are available at additional cost, see below.

LifeRing Congress March 15-17 2002 -- A great weekend to be with sober friends!

CE Credits for 9:00 Presentation by Howard Kornfeld MD and 1:15 Presentation by Lonny Shavelson MD.

These activities are approved by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences for Continuing Education Credits for holders of the MFT and LCSW licenses in the amount of two hours. Provider No. PCE 637. A nonrefundable fee of $8 per credit hour is payable at the door to receive these CE credits, in addition to the suggested donation of $10 per workshop.

These activities are approved by the California Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (CAADAC) for holders of CDC/CAC/CADC certificates. Provider No. 4C-02-S20-0203.

To obtain CE credits, participants must provide credential or license number at registration desk, complete a brief multiple choice test based on the presentation and submit it to the registration desk before leaving, and must obtain a Certificate of Completion from the registrar at the conclusion of the presentation. Retain the certificate for your records.
