  The 2006 LifeRing Congress In Review

The 2006 LifeRing Congress was held on the last weekend in March 2006 -- Friday March 24, Saturday March 25, and Sunday March 26.  The place was Berkeley, California, in the scenic San Francisco Bay Area, site of the 2002 and 2004 Congresses.

The Congress consisted of three main parts:

  • Socializing -- reception Friday evening, banquet Saturday evening, and during program breaks
  • Education -- Presentations and workshops all day Saturday
  • Self-government -- LifeRing Delegates' Assembly Sunday morning (the Congress proper)
